Good news, miracles exist! Santa Nera, our Milk Stout Mocaccino, will warm winters but also hearts with its gourmet pairings of Arabica coffee & Valrhona chocolate enhanced with Corsican orange peel, wild arbutus berries and spices.
This dazzling, dark-colored beer is the result of a collaboration with the Basti-based artisanal house Café Saint-Jean, which selected the best high-altitude Arabicas and carried out a special 100% superior Arabica roasting for Ribella.
