DELIVERY
After receipt of your payment, orders are processed and delivered to the Mondial Relay carrier within an average of 24 hours and within a maximum of 72 hours (working days).
The carrier's average delivery time is 3 working days in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg. The Ribella company assumes responsibility for any possible delay in delivery on the part of the carrier.
You can have your order delivered to the Mondial Relais point of your choice . If your order concerns several delivery locations (end of year gift boxes for example) shipping costs will be applied for each recipient.
If the delivery address is changed during transport of the goods, re-routing costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
For France
For Metropolitan France, from 79 euros and up to a maximum of 30 kg of merchandise ordered, shipping costs are free.
WITHDRAWAL
A right of withdrawal is offered to the buyer under articles L121-16 to L121-21 of the Consumer Code. Within 14 days, upon receipt of the goods, the buyer can use his right of withdrawal, he must then send us an email or postal mail . After receipt of the withdrawal request, the buyer who uses this option will have the obligation to return the goods in their strict original condition to the seller's premises, under their responsibility and at their own expense. The refund will take place within 14 days of receipt of the refund request. This reimbursement may be deferred until the goods are returned to the seller's premises.
No return of packages will be accepted and we do not carry out any exchanges beyond the regulatory deadline.
VALIDATION
From the last click of acceptance of your order, it is considered irrevocable. This last click is assimilated to the handwritten signature referred to in article 1341 of the Civil Code.
Orders must be accompanied by payment by secure payment system – which you access directly from our site.
A paid invoice listing all the elements of your order will be sent to you by email on the day your order is shipped and after receipt of your payment by us.
In order to protect the beers during transport, we will ship your order within 8 days maximum of receipt , preferably at the start of the week.
If, despite the precautions we take, you notice breakage or deterioration on the arrival of the packages, it is up to you to make any reservations regarding anomalies on the slip presented by the delivery person, and to let us know. as soon as possible, so that we can take care of your problem immediately.
If, within twenty days, you are not in possession of your order, please be kind enough to let us know; we will contact our carrier.
No return of packages will be accepted and we do not carry out any exchanges beyond the regulatory deadline .
Any return due to an address error or an impossibility of delivery not attributable to our services will be charged to you.
All our offers are within the limits of available stocks , except for sale and without obligation. In the event that a product is out of stock, we will reimburse you for the unshipped merchandise by bank check.
Under Ordinance No. 59-107 of January 7, 1959 and the law of July 1974, the sale of alcohol in France is prohibited to minors under 18 years of age. Consequently, the buyer undertakes to be at least 16 years old on the day the order is placed.
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for health. Know how to consume in moderation.

Product visuals and illustrations
The photos and illustrations used on the site are non-contractual. The images and photographs are the exclusive property of Ribella Production and distribution and are not free of copyright.
The photographs possibly matching the presentation of the products are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered and present, in certain cases, presentation suggestions of which all the elements constituting the photographs are not systematically proposed on sale.
It is specified that the products offered comply with the regulations in force relating to the composition of the products, in the sense that they comply with the health and safety of consumers.
Intellectual property
All elements of the site, in particular all graphic, sound, textual and video elements, including the underlying technology and presentation of the products, are the exclusive property of the Seller.
The Customer is therefore formally prohibited from carrying out any reproduction, representation or distribution, even partial, of any particular element forming an integral part of the Seller's website.
All reproductions and representations of the Site are subject to the express prior agreement of the Seller.
Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes an infringement involving the civil and criminal liability of its author.
Likewise, any process, particularly relating to the technique of framing or deep-linking, is formally prohibited, unless there is express, special and written authorization issued by the Seller.
The “RIBELLA” brand has been registered with the INPI. Consequently, any reproduction of this brand by the Customer, not authorized by the Seller, constitutes an act of counterfeiting subject to criminal and civil prosecution.
The Customer therefore undertakes not to infringe the “RIBELLA” brand in any way. It is strictly prohibited to use or reproduce the name “RIBELLA”, in any capacity whatsoever, and on any medium whatsoever, without the prior written consent of the Seller.
The establishment of hypertext links to the site www.biereribella.com is authorized by the Seller.
