Ribellazione Acte III, the festival committed to the fight to produce and consume differently, meets people who care about what they consume and all the curious at Patrimonio on September 24, 25 and 26.
Ribellazione! It is an act of rebellion against industrialization and standardized products, devoid of soul and taste. It is the defense of our producers and the riches of our Earth, the discovery of products and dishes from local, reasoned and always inventive production.
Our goal is to make as many people as possible discover the richness and potential of our own resources, notably thanks to the presence of passionate actors such as great chefs or renowned sommeliers.
Brewers, winegrowers, farmers, fishermen, specialists and representatives of regional institutions will debate on the actions to take to face the many challenges that the planet throws at us. All to music and accompanied by delicious local dishes and drinks.
